Summer in Cascina

The summer festival takes place from 23 June to 16th September in Cascina and in the villages around.
These include the Music Festival, the ‘Cascina Europa’ and ‘Cascina Incontra’ meetings. , the traditional fair in Navacchio on 18 July, the “Birrante Fest” in Cascina at the end of July, and also in San Frediano, where the “Luglio Sanfredianese” takes place with the “Notte Bianca” in mid-July.

September, too, presents itself as a month full of events, with concerts, shows, the Cascina Incontra presentations, and exhibitions in the new Cascina Arte space in the centre.

It begins with the Sagra di San Prospero and the awarding of the “Pulcino d’Argento” (Silver Chick) in Piazza dei Caduti in Cascina. Followed by the Pink Night from 7 p.m. with shops open until midnight.
