Handmade pasta, produced with the best durum wheat semolina, selected from the wheat cultivations of the historical Pisan hills. Bronze wire-drawing, processing at very low temperatures and slow drying: this procedure, respected in every single phase, gives Bertoli Pasta an absolutely natural consistency, making it tasty and well digestible, and also preserving the precious biological nutritional values, typical of good Tuscan durum wheat.
