P.R.O.S.I.T. pasta factory originates from the initiative of Aurora Romeo who, moved by the passion for good traditional food, decided to give life, together with her husband, to a "strictly" artisan pasta workshop able to create a product of “Excellence”. The continuous research of improving brings Aurora to experiment the pairing of pasta, dried slowly at low temperatures, with various types of spices, without the use of colorings and flavoring, to get to offer a tasty pasta to combine with any seasoning, able to inspire passionates about coking with even very elaborated combinations. Not just a simple pasta but a great artisan pasta that has body and soul, managing to make any first course unique and unmistakable.
