Black truffle in Montopoli

Black Truffle: guided excursions to discover the environment where truffles grow. The first event takes place on Sunday 7 June (9.30 am) with the “Black Truffle Trail” starting from Casteldelbosco, followed by a charming night-time walk on Friday 19 June.

Black Truffle on the Table (Show cooking): on 11 June and 16 July, the terrace of the Hotel Quattro Gigli will host evenings of music and show cooking with chefs and figures such as Gilberto Rossi, Luca Marianelli, Fulvia Puccioni and Bettino Squicciarini

The event in restaurants: throughout July and August, participating local restaurants (see poster below) will offer special dishes and dedicated menus to showcase the black truffle and other local specialities (wine, olive oil, honey and cured meats).
