centro storico Buti, Piazza Garibaldi, Buti
From 17 to 26 July the Monte Pisano Art Festival returns – a wide-ranging programme bringing music, opera, theatre, readings, dance, nature and local flavours to the most picturesque spots in the Monte Pisano area.
Squares, villas, courtyards, parish churches, villages and open-air spaces become stages for a programme of performances taking place across Pisa, San Giuliano Terme, Calci, Buti, Marina di Vecchiano, Vicopisano and Capannori. Alongside the artistic events, the FuoriFestival offers experiences linked to the local area, including tastings, walks, excursions, exhibitions and initiatives dedicated to discovering the landscape, traditions and local produce. All performances require booking.

The Fuori Festival: authentic local experiences
The Fuori Festival invites you to experience Monte Pisano even before and after the performances, truly immersing yourself in the rhythm of the local area.
Aperitifs, dinners, tastings, walks amongst the olive trees, tours to discover Romanesque treasures, cycle rides, exhibitions and a wide range of events complement the artistic programme and enrich it with more leisurely and convivial experiences. It is a way to get to know Monte Pisano up close, traversing its landscapes, engaging with local communities and discovering the flavours, stories and places that make the festival a more comprehensive experience than a simple calendar of events.
