Monte Pisano ART Festival

An open-air concert hall: the Monte Pisano Art Festival, scheduled from 18 to 29 July, offers a programme of events spread across five municipalities in the Terre di Pisa: Vecchiano, San Giuliano Terme, Calci, Vicopisano, Buti and Capannori in the province of Lucca.

Opera, theatre and outdoor activities on Monte Pisano
The village squares and natural views of Monte Pisano are transformed into a large open-air concert hall. A ten-day musical itinerary among gardens, courtyards, emporia, the Charterhouse of Calci and the parish churches, fortresses and towers, where the notes of a diffused opera review will hover, enriched by theatrical performances and walks along the oil roads and villages, organised in the Charterhouse, in the oil mills, in monasteries and Romanesque parish churches along the Mount.

Fuori Festival
The great collective event of the Fuori Festival concerns the actors of the territory who make themselves available to visitors to give them authentic experiences of flavours, crafts, nature and traditions. Dinners and aperitifs, tastings of typical products, walks through olive groves, bicycle excursions, exhibitions.
