Truffle Festival at La Serra | San Miniato

Before the main event in San Miniato in November, white truffles are celebrated during the ‘Truffle Season’: a delicious programme of festivals in the hamlets of the municipality, which begin just after the start of the truffle hunting season.

The 18th white truffle and mushroom festival takes place in the hamlet of La Serra from 31st October to 2nd November in the Circolo ARCI pavilion on Friday and Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch. Specialities include tagliolini with truffles, served in foil to preserve the aroma, lasagne with white truffles, eggs with truffles and fried mushrooms.
