Quaranthana Theatre Season | San Miniato, Corazzano

This year’s playbill for the prose season at the Quaranthana Theatre in Corazzano includes eight shows from October to April, starting at 9.30 p.m. It is preceded by “Sognare Teatro Famiglie”, a theatre review for children in its 11th edition.

The name Quaranthana derives from that of an ancient Romanesque parish church, perhaps the original name of the village on the Via Francigena. Here, in 1995, the Teatrino dei Fondi started a programme of courses, workshops, conferences, shows and exhibitions. In addition to the Teatrino, it is also home to the Centro Internazionale di Drammaturgia ‘La Loggia’ and the Centro per la Fotografia dello Spettacolo.
