The third edition of the Sagra delle Pallette ai Funghi (Polenta and Mushroom Sauce) takes place in the premises of the Church of SS Redentore in Madonna dell’Acqua for three consecutive weekends, from Friday to Sunday: 15-17 , 22-24 and 29-31 July, starting from hs 19.00.
The name “pallette” is a Pisan expression: in Tuscany they are called “matuffi” and are nothing more than alternating polenta and mushroom sauce. A dish of poor cuisine but really good. In addition to pallette, grilled meats, typical desserts and much more.
