Pisa Book Festival

For 24 years, Pisa Book Festival has been one of the most eagerly awaited cultural events of the year in Italy. This dition will take place from 2nd to 4th October 2026 at the Arsenali Repubblicani and other locations in the historic center, such as the Museo delle Navi, the Museo Nazionale di Palazzo Reale, and the Fortilizio della Cittadella.

An edition dedicated to sports: its values, its great stars, its legends, and the stories behind every challenge and every success. A journey through books and interviews that explores sports both on and off the field.

The calendar includes over 200 events, with national and international guests and 90 independent publishers from all over Italy. Founded in 2003 to give visibility to small independent publishers, the Festival has established itself as an international stage for writers and artists with a program ranging from meetings with authors to conferences, writing workshops, performances, and readings.
