06/04/2024 ore: 10:00 - 18:00

In the exhibition spaces of the Piaggio Museum in Pontedera, from 25 January to 6 April, Aprilia recounts its sporting commitment made up of great passion and the highest technological research, thanks to the shots taken by Japanese photographer Aki Kusudo.

The exhibition, curated by journalist Enrico Borghi, is a total immersion in the world of racing which, thanks to a series of images of extraordinary emotional impact, recounts Aprilia’s commitment to the world’s toughest and most challenging motorbike competition, the MotoGP world championship.

Aprilia is today the youngest of the brands that have made motorsport history and is also the most successful European manufacturer in MotoGP with 297 GP victories. Engaged since 2015 in the premier class, it has reaped the first rewards of a great commitment in the last two seasons. Taken during the Japanese Grand Prix last season, Aki Kusudo’s images bear witness first and foremost to the human commitment and unparalleled expertise of the people at Aprilia Racing who, at every race weekend and on tracks around the world, perpetuate the deep Italian culture in motorsport.

The tense moments, in the tight times of work on the track, come to life in shots filtered by the photographer’s great sensitivity, enhancing the work and talent of those who have the honour and responsibility of carrying the name of Italy around the world. The visitor will be accompanied in the discovery of Aki Kusudo’s photographic technique,
