Hare and Wild Boar Festival | Selvatelle

On 26 and 27 September, the festival celebrating the traditions and authentic flavours of Tuscan cuisine returns. In Selvatelle, near Terriciola, the Hare and Wild Boar Festival marks its 38th edition. A long-standing event, running since 1988, it attracts thousands of food lovers every year.

The whole village community comes together to bring this festival to life, the result of voluntary work by local associations. It is the ideal place for those seeking a Tuscan festival where flavour meets conviviality.

Dates and Times
The event takes place at the Filarmonica San Martino in Selvatelle over three consecutive weekends: 26 and 27 September, 2–4 October, and 10–11 October. The timings are designed to suit everyone: dinners on Fridays (from 8.30 pm) and Saturdays (from 8 pm), whilst on Sundays you can choose between lunch (from 12 noon) and dinner (from 7 pm).
