Collinarea: Festival of the Sound

The 28th edition of the multidisciplinary Collinarea Festival takes place in Casciana Terme, Lari and at the Parco Fluviale della Rotta in Pontedera from 16 July to 1 August. The festival does not merely host performances, but transforms the area into an open-air laboratory of experimentation, connections and living art.

At the heart of this year’s edition is the theme ‘Beyond technology’, which aims to use technology not to amaze or isolate, but as a bridge to move beyond the screen and rediscover a direct, real and shared relationship between artists and the public. The festival unfolds through a rich tapestry of immersive concerts, interdisciplinary performances, workshops and interactive sound experiences

Contemporary scene and special guests: 𝐑𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐳𝐢, Valeria Sturba, Anaïs Drago’s Trio ReLeVé, Carrozzeria Orfeo, Marco Ripoldi, Paola Tintinelli, Compagnia Carullo-Minasi, Teatro MU Budapest and Accademia dell’Incompiuto.
The 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐏𝐡𝐃 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨l focuses on interdisciplinary research into sound and human wellbeing, supported by open workshops.
