Banchi di Gusto – Tables of Taste | Pisa

Banchi di Gusto is a trade fair initiative that sees the participation of food and wine producers and restaurateurs from the Pisa area: maitre chocolatiers, chefs and guests of national and international calibre, as well as professors and experts, who will alternate between interviews, show cooking and round tables.

The central themes of the 13th edition of Banchi di Gusto will be sustainability, the circular economy, the fight against food waste and the reuse of food scraps.
The event will be held on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 April from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Logge di Banchi in Pisa.
