Wild boar Festival | Riparbella

For 53 years Riparbella has been the scene of a festival dedicated to wild boar dishes, for two weekends in November (second and third Saturday and Sunday) in the heated marquee in the Carlo Alberto Della Chiesa park.

The menu includes local specialities such as fettuccine and lasagne with wild boar, polenta accompanied by salmì wild boar, wild boar ragout or new oil and cheese, roast wild boar, roast or grilled meat and boiled beans. And to finish: castagnaccio and cantuccini, accompanied by local wine and vinsanto.
