11Lune d’Inverno has become after only 11 years the most eagerly awaited event of the Christmas holidays in Valdera.

6 January starts with a poetic journey into the world of dreams, with giant soap bubbles. In Piazza del Carmine Ponylandia, a children’s trail and pony rides. At 3.30 p.m. and 5 p.m. actors and puppets show inspired by the life of Francesco I de’ Medici. At 3.30 p.m. at the Centro Polivalente “Sandokan, fine dell’avventura”, at 4.30 p.m. at the Cinema Passerotti “Gaia, come stai?”, a show dedicated to the earth and bad habits. At 4 and 6 pm, in Piazza del Popolo a piano and a pianist take flight under the eyes of the public in the show Piano Sky. At 4.30 pm, ventriloquist Nicola Pesaresi in Piazza Fra’ Domenico gives voice to characters so original they seem real. Light is the protagonist of the Terrace of the Palazzo Senza Tempo: at 4.45 pm the inauguration and lighting of Marinella Senatore’s work, and at 5.15 pm the light games. To conclude the shows, a storm of soap bubbles in Piazza Fra Domenico.

Palazzo Senza Tempo will host, until 4 February, the exhibition “Un mondo incantato” (An enchanted world) presenting 40 original drawings by Alessandra Scandella, to which a watercolour workshop will be dedicated, with instructions and tips for colouring a blank page with a little pigment and the magic of water drops.
