DESCRIZIONE

The observatory, run by the Isaac Newton Association, has an environmental laboratory and a large garden equipped for astronomy with two fixed telescopes. The first floor houses the 400 mm telescope and the control instruments.

The observatory is included in the list of sites protected against light pollution, and collaborates internationally with Minor Planet Center in Cambridge (USA). It carries out research in the field of supernovae and the study of planets in the solar system.

Activities: meetings with the public, meetings with schools and organised groups, astronomy courses, research in the fields of astrometry and photometry, asteroid occultations.
