Centrum Sete Sòis Sete Luas of Pontedera is a cultural network of 30 cities in 13 countries: Brazil, Cape Verde, Croatia, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Tunisia.
The Centrum, a place of multicultural meetings
Contemporary art exhibitions are hosted every year in the “Centrums”: painting, sculpture, photography, street art. Each exhibiting artist creates some works from scratch on site which will then be donated to the Centrum. Creative workshops, concerts and authentic musical productions, often accompanied by wine and food tastings, are the main activities that enliven the Sete Sóis Sete Luas Festival. Inside there is a space dedicated to the permanent collection, custodian of the memory of the local and international activities of the Festival, a room for performances, a library, a bookshop where people can look at all the artistic and cultural material, as well as taste food and wine products representing the countries that are part of the Sete Sóis Sete Luas network.
How to get to Centrum
The Centrum of Pontedera is located near the exit of the Pontedera train station, on the Viale Rinaldo Piaggio side, near the Museum. Inside there is the Tourist Information Office of Pontedera and Valdera.
