Cherries Festival in Lari

Lari’s traditional cherry festival is back, marking the 67th edition. The dates of two weekends are worth marking: 24-25 May – 31 May – 1 and 2 June, when the historical centre of Lari is ready to welcome visitors with the producers’ market exhibition.

These will be days dedicated to taste and art, discovering gastronomic excellence and the Castello dei Vicari. It will be possible to taste the ancient and delicious fruit of the cherry, which has always made the area unique with its 14 native varieties, recognised by the Ministry with the PGI mark.
