For 53 years, Riparbella has been the setting for a festival dedicated to wild boar dishes, held on the second and third weekends of November (from Friday to Sunday) in the heated marquee in Carlo Alberto Della Chiesa Park.
The dinner menu features local wild boar specialities, including fettuccine and lasagne, polenta, ragù and roast meat. To finish, castagnaccio and cantuccini, accompanied by local wine.
