White truffle market fair | San Miniato

Balconevisi is the white truffle area of San Miniato, which organised its first White Truffle Festival in 1979, repeated every year on the third weekend of October. Alongside the truffle are other local products such as mushrooms, which are punctually displayed at the festival, in collaboration with the Tuscan Mycological Groups Association, as well as the Winegrowers’ Association, which offers wines paired with dishes, prepared in the square by young chefs, for the festival guests.

The truffle market fair takes place on 18th and 19th October.
