In 2011, I decided to set up the company that bears my name, giving it a different connotation based on the pursuit of quality, enhancing the characteristics of my product. I have always believed a lot in the model of sustainable agriculture in synergy with the territory that hosts it, so I am always looking for new cultivation techniques with low environmental impact. In 2015, I built the company oil mill to enhance the characteristics of the varieties of olives that I grow in the company. With these premises today, as my grandparents did before, I still produce that extra virgin olive oil that made Calci famous in Italy and around the world.
