Wellness Festival in Casciana Terme

From 18 to 20 September the Wellness Festival returns to Casciana Terme. For this edition, the artistic directors have chosen to focus on what, more than anything else, defines Casciana Terme: its thermal waters. This has given rise to a particularly significant offer: three days’ access to the outdoor thermal pool at the Terme di Casciana for a total cost of € 30,00. Offer to be booked here

FRIDAY 18 SEPTEMBER: The Festival begins on the water
The activities kick off at 6.30 pm in Piazza Garibaldi with the opening ceremony and the ‘Baptism of the Water’, with the performances from the Arianna Dance School and Polisportiva Casciana Terme. The first day then continues at the Parco delle Terme: from 9.00 pm Tony Verace’s vinyl music will set the tone for the evening amidst the park’s lush greenery.

SATURDAY 19 SEPTEMBER: A whole day dedicated to wellbeing
In the Parco delle Terme visitors can try Pilates, relaxation techniques, Ayurvedic treatments, crystal therapy, Fit Mix and Wing Chun. Palazzo Poggi will host sessions dedicated to music and vibrational wellbeing.

SUNDAY 20 SEPTEMBER: Movement, mindfulness and new ways to feel good
In the Parco delle Terme visitors can try yoga, Pilates and activities focused on relaxation and body awareness. Throughout the day, some treatments, Eastern practices, talks, music at 432 Hz and lectures on Ayurveda, yoga, medicine and wellbeing.
Piazza Garibaldi comes alive once more with local producers, free screenings and activities on personal care, while the Ritrovo del Forestiero hosts new experiences linked to Chinese culture and a talk on sacred waters and body care in ancient Etruria.
