Polenta food festival at Uliveto Terme

On Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October, the Polenta Festival will take place at the Taccola sports ground in Uliveto Terme.

Now in its 34th year, the festival offers a varied menu showcasing local flavours. The stars of the show are the polenta ‘pallette’, served with mushrooms, wild boar or ragù, and fried polenta. Other delicacies include wild boar salmì, salt cod and the classic grilled meat platter.

The dishes are prepared using local produce and accompanied by Tuscan wine and craft beer.
