Festa dei Primi – first dishes Festival | Vicopisano

The “Festa dei primi” (first dishes) is back at Circolo ARCI L’Ortaccio in Vicopisano, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 August, two eco-friendly days with zero-kilometre products.

The kitchen will open at 7.30 p.m. and there will be a wide choice of vegetarian and vegan first courses. This is an eco-sustainable festival combining seasonal variety with organic and biodynamic production from Monte Pisano.

Protagonists of the evening, along with a wide choice of first courses, will be companies that focus on quality: Bioagriturismo Il Cerreto and Azienda Agricola Biologica Floriddia (pasta and pulses), Bio Colombini (vegetables), Consorzio Biologico Toscana Qualità and the Azienda Casearia Biodinamica Il Poggione.
The wine proposal will also be characterised by quality and eco-sustainability.

The festival will also be music and theatre! On the 27th, at 9.30 p.m., there will be a concert by the group Me Kong; on the 28th, again at 9.30 p.m., the theatre show Pisa68

The Theater of Vicopisano is characterized as a theater of the territory, open, traveling to the community: environment, social issues, great classics, innovation and tradition, circus theater, theater classes for teens and children, events and activities.
