Ljke Eat in Lajatico – food festival

The sixth edition of “Ljke Eat – Flavours from Around the World” returns to Lajatico on 5 September.

Lajatico is home to people from different countries who, over the years, have built their lives, relationships and homes here. During LJKE EAT, they will share their stories through food, preparing, together with their neighbours, dishes linked to the traditions of their homelands.

In the historic centre, from 8 pm onwards, visitors will be able to discover flavours from around fifteen countries around the world, on a gastronomic journey through the town’s streets and squares which, as every year, will be accompanied by music, performances, art and culture, featuring installations by “Arti Insolite”

The dishes will be available to purchase via a token system, with an average price of around 4 euros. Parking will be available on Via Papa Giovanni XXIII, Via Garibaldi and at the sports facilities, as well as a free shuttle bus service from La Sterza.
