The programme at the Città del Teatro in Cascina gets underway on 26 September. Almost at the same time, the children’s series ‘Domenica a Teatro’ begins
The theatre season has not yet been finalised, but the website already lists a number of shows scheduled up to 31 December, such as the Pink Floyd tribute, a performance by comedian Jonathan Canini, and the show dedicated to St Francis, ‘Fratello Sole e Sorella Luna’
On 18 November, an auditory journey through Pink Floyd’s timeless masterpieces. A tribute band will perform the British band’s most beloved songs live, covering their entire discography with real musicians and the authentic sounds of progressive rock.
In addition to the three theatres for performances (the large 772-seat auditorium, the small 138-seat auditorium and a smaller 100-seat auditorium), the structure includes an arena for open-air performances, a study centre, workshops for training aogramme on pagectivities, scenic and lighting workshops, a restaurant and guest quarters.
