From 5 October to 3 May, Cascina’s Theatre will stage no less than 23 evening performances, 12 of which are subscription and 11 off the bill, divided into four sections.
While waiting for the new edition of This is Jazz, great musical events will take turns on stage:
Le Orme & Friends on Saturday 21 October, maestros Uto Ughi and Bruno Canino on Friday 27 October, Elio e le Storie Tese on Saturday 25 November, Max Gazzè on Tuesday 12 December.
1 October also sees the opening of “Domenica a Teatro”, the season for children that this year will also offer Carnival at the Theatre on Shrove Tuesday.
In addition to the three theatres for performances (the large 772-seat auditorium, the small 138-seat auditorium and a smaller 100-seat auditorium), the structure includes an arena for open-air performances, a study centre, workshops for training aogramme on pagectivities, scenic and lighting workshops, a restaurant and guest quarters.
