Music under the Leaning Tower, 14th edition| Pisa

The ‘Music under the Tower’ event is back, to be held from 3 to 12 July in the Cloister of the Museo dell’Opera del Duomo in Pisa, celebrating the 850th anniversary of the laying of the foundation stone of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The event includes four concerts ranging from classical music to jazz, with the participation of artists such as EstrOrchestra, Vivacidade Trio, Trio Kanon and Simona Molinari. All ticket proceeds will be donated to Caritas Diocesana to support the ‘Mensa dei poveri’ project.

Wednesday 3 July: EstrOrchestra with Chiara Morandi (The Eight Seasons by Vivaldi and Piazzolla).
Friday 5 July: Vivacidade Trio (music by Rossini, Rimsky-Korsakov, Piazzolla and others).
Wednesday 10 July: Trio Kanon (music by Beethoven, Kreisler, Mendelssohn-Bartholdy).
Friday 12 July: Simona Molinari (own songs and pieces by Fitzgerald, Morricone, De Gregori, Dalla).
