On the celebrations of the 850th anniversary of the construction of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Museo della Grafica is organising an exhibition of drawings Towers by architect Sergei Tchoban.
Through 90 drawings, made during his numerous trips, especially to Italy, Tchoban with his views of towers, invites us to reflect on this fascinating architectural type, its political role and the dangers to which it is exposed. Thanks to his studies at the Petersburg Academy, Sergei Tchoban is familiar with the history of architecture, which is reflected in his design work and drawings.
