Guided tours to the Etruscan tombs | Terricciola

Free guided tours of the Belvedere Hypogeum and the cinerary urn of the Church of San Donato in the historic centre of Terricciola are back on Sundays at 3.00 pm. Visits are free of charge, but reservation is required. It is possible to arrange appointments on different dates throughout the year, upon request.

The hypogeum is an underground construction of historical and anthropological interest, built by man or from natural cavities. In Terricciola there are more than fifty, a sort of archaeological complex, which wind their way under the village.
