Guided tours in May to discover the extraordinary archaeological, historical, artistic, architectural, archival and book heritage of the four Pisan museums.

National Museum of Palazzo Reale in Pisa: Saturday 11.00 am
discovering the precious artistic and cultural heritage, a window on the life of the Grand Ducal court and the historical evolution of Pisa, with a focus on portraiture, patronage and artistic techniques related to furnishings and tapestries.

National Museum of San Matteo in Pisa: Saturday 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm, Sunday 10.00 am and 11.30 am
a journey among the works of artists from Pisa, Tuscany and the major masters of the 15th century, including paintings, sculptures, sacred art objects from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, through iconography, artistic techniques and materials used.

Certosa Monumentale di Calci: Saturday 2.30 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.; Sunday 9.30, 11 a.m. 12.30 p.m.
discover one of the most important examples of Tuscan Baroque architecture, a unique cross-section of monastic life, characterised by prayer, meditation and silence.

Museum of the Ancient Ships of Pisa: Saturday and Sunday at 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m.
A journey to discover the ancient ships and archaeological finds discovered during excavations in the Pisa San Rossore area, with a focus on the history of the city, navigation in antiquity and the conservation of the exhibits.
