Piazza dei Miracoli, Pisa
After 45 years, the Giro d’Italia will stop in Pisa again with the time trial on May 20. The riders will leave from Lucca at least a quarter of an hour apart and will arrive in Piazza dei Miracoli.
The program includes photographic exhibitions, talks, conferences, bike rides, themed dinners and tastings, film screenings and, of course, many opportunities to learn about the stories and men of cycling.
In Logge di Banchi, starting from Monday, May 12, the ‘Bike Arena’, a space with exhibitions, exhibiting companies and the meeting and screening area. Every day, starting at 7:00 pm, food tastings with ‘Il Giro del gusto’.
Route in Pisa
Viale condotti, via Calcesana, via Volpi-Largo Monasterio, via Garibaldi, via Santa Marta, crossing of the river at Ponte della Fortezza, Lungarno Galilei, second crossing of the river at Ponte di Mezzo, Lungarno Pacinotti, via Santa Maria and finish in Piazza del Duomo.
