From June to December, many are the opportunities to get to know Buti, discover its history, its notable figures, and its local specialties. Tours are combined with tastings and fun activities, with an Italian and English speaking guide.
The tours include Castel Tonini, the historic Rossoni Oil Mill, and the Museo del Maggio, the Romanesque Church of San Francesco, and the Parish Church of San Giovanni Battista. Depending on current events and exhibitions, the tour may also include Artemisa Officina d’Arte, Mauro Monni’s Mural for Peace, and other churches and neighborhoods.
Tours are free but reservations are required. Unless otherwise indicated, the meeting and ending point is Piazza Garibaldi. The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time.
