Exhibitions at the Kienerk Museum of Fauglia

The Kienerk Museum, housed in the former magistrates’ court, displays a collection of paintings, sculptures and bas-reliefs by Giorgio Kienerk – over 130 works donated to the local council by his daughter Vittoria. The artist, a pupil of the Macchiaioli painters Cecioni and Signorini, had long-standing ties with Fauglia, having spent a great deal of time with his wife and daughter at the family villa in Poggio alla Farnia.

The museum hosts exhibitions and special openings throughout the year

On Saturday 19 September, the opening hours will change: the museum will be open from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
The museum will be closed from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
