Exhibition “Confronti” at the National Museum of Palazzo Reale | Pisa

From 24 April to 20 June at the National Museum of Palazzo Reale, the exhibition “Confronti” brings together paintings and sculptures from the Palazzo Reale collection with works from the Fondazione Castagneto Banca 1910, offering an overview of Tuscan art from the late 19th century to the first half of the 20th century, with a particular focus on the Livorno art scene.

The exhibition brings together the leading figures of the Leghorn Group (including Mario Puccini, Llewelyn Lloyd, Renato Natali, Gino Romiti and others) with artists such as Plinio Nomellini, Luigi Gioli, Adolfo Wildt and many others.

A journey through similarities and contrasts spanning decades of art history, presenting Palazzo Reale as a space for encounter, dialogue and shared reflection.
