Dinner in the streets of Orciatico

On the last Saturday in August, a walking dinner takes place through the streets of the charming village of Orciatico, offering a chance to rediscover traditions, good food and music. The tasting begins at 7.00 pm with live music.

The walking dinner is preceded on the first Saturday in July by a seafood dinner (known as the ‘Pesciata’)

Orciatico is a small village between Pontedera and Volterra, on the edge of a wonderful woodland where you can find old windmills and the fortress of Pietracassia, which overlooks the Val d’Era and the Val di Cecina. It is a peaceful, unspoilt village where the old bells still chime, marking the rhythms of rural life.
