“Degusta Pisa” – Taste Pisa

Degusta Pisa takes place on Friday, November 7th, starting at 5:00 PM at the Northwest Tuscany Chamber of Commerce (Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II 5 – Sala Borsa Merci).

The event, open to the public, features an innovative and original format, offering free tastings of products from the 10 award-winning companies during the event: wines, cheeses, cured meats, desserts, baked goods, honey, and liqueurs.

The afternoon will be livened up by a talk show featuring special guest Simone Rugiati, a chef with extensive experience in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Italy, a consultant for high-end restaurants, the true pioneer of Show Cooking in Italy, host, author, and television producer, writer, gastronome, and star of numerous TV programs such as "La prova del cuoco," "Food Advisor," and "L'Italia a morsi al ristorante."
