Sunday 3 May is the return of the third edition of CastelBike, an event dedicated to all cycling enthusiasts, who will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience on a picturesque route surrounded by nature, passing through the Montefalcone State Nature Reserve – one of the areas of greatest natural and environmental interest in the Cerbaie region – where participants can ride safely on their mountain bikes.

Participants will meet and register in Piazza Remo Bertoncini from 7.30 am, with the ride setting off at 9 am from the centre of Castelfranco to the Boschi delle Cerbaie and back. There is the option of a short 20-kilometre route with one refreshment stop or a long route of approximately 45 km with two refreshment stops. All participants will receive a race pack with surprises, and at the end of the event there will be the chance to stop for lunch at the Pasta Party at the headquarters of the Contrada San Martino.

There are many prizes to be won, which will go to the youngest participant, the oldest participant and the largest group. Helmets are compulsory for all participants, and strict adherence to the rules of the road is required.
