Art in and out of the walls of Cascina

‘Arte dentro e fuori le mura’ (Art inside and outside the walls) returns for its second year: a series of guided initiatives to promote knowledge of the Cascina area and enhance its historical, artistic and architectural heritage through regular guided tours and concerts during the Christmas holidays and in summer.
In addition to the cultural tours for adults organised with Italia Nostra Sezione Cascina, there will also be educational tours organised with the La Piccola Gerbera association for families with children.

Admission is free and no booking is required. Meet at the venue at 3.15 pm.

The programme is as follows:

• 1 February at 3.30 p.m. Guided tour of the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell’Acqua. Via Tosco Romagnola n.8 .
• 21 February at 3.30 p.m. Guided tour for families with children
• 1 March at 3.30 p.m. Guided tour of the historic centre of Cascina
• 14 March at 3.30 p.m. Guided tour of the Church of Santo Stefano Protomartire in Pettori. Piazza Galletti. Specifically aimed at families with children but open to all.
• 12 April at 3.30 p.m. Guided tour at the Abbey of San Savino. Via Vecchia Fiorentina
• 10 May at 3.30 p.m. Guided tour at the Church of San Giorgio in Bibbiano. Via Santa Maria
