Festival of the “marzuolo truffle” | Ponte a Egola

The aroma of Marzuolo truffles is about to fill the premises of ‘La Ruga’ once again. After last year’s success, the challenge is back: the districts are ready, the kitchens are heating up and the Palio del Cuoio Committee awaits you for three days of pure tradition. It’s not just a festival, it’s a time when the colours of the palio come together over a dish that tastes like home.
