Festa dell’Arno – Arno Festival | Uliveto Terme

On Saturday 12 September, the Festa dell’Arno (the river crossing Florence and Pisa) is scheduled to take place in Uliveto Terme, in Parco Pertini. From 5.00 pm, there will be an open-air festival for everyone: kite flying, dramatised readings, river sports, live performances, and food stalls from 7.30 pm.

Uliveto Terme is a town famous throughout Italy, above all for its thermal springs, from which the well-known commercial mineral water ‘Uliveto’ is bottled. The town is set in a very picturesque landscape, nestled within a few hundred metres between the rocky, jagged slopes of Monte Pisano and a bend in the River Arno (hence the theme of the festival).
