Strapazzata Pisa

After an 11-year wait, the Strapazzata returns on 25 April. This year, the first 1,500 pre-registered participants will receive a red jersey to mark the run-up to the historic regatta of the Maritime Republics, which will take place on 2 June in Pisa on the Arno. Now in its 45th year, the Strapazzata returns to its original 1982 venue, beneath the tower of the Cittadella, and will feature music along the 5km and 10km routes throughout the city, with DJ sets and other surprises.

This non-competitive fun run is open to everyone, and you can register online at www.endu.net at a cost of €12.00 for adults and €10.00 for minors; the fee will rise to €15.00 for late registrations made in person in the final days.

From this edition onwards, participants will be able to form their own group of friends and simultaneously select multiple ‘thematic areas’, which will feature additional category prizes. The 20 largest groups will be awarded prizes, and participants can also register by specifying their company, sports club, voluntary organisation, or city neighbourhood linked to the Palio di San Ranieri or even the Magistratura del Gioco del Ponte, thereby boosting their chances of winning in other special rankings.
