Palio dei Rioni | Vecchiano

In June (dates to be confirmed), the parade for the Palio dei Rioni in Vecchiano returns to Largo Antonio Tabucchi.

During the inaugural parade, the jury, traditionally composed of the mayor and other famous personalities, will vote to award the prize for the most beautiful district. The vote, at the end of the parade, will remain secret until the final dinner.

After the parade, the draw for the football tournament matches will also take place. In the evening, the pairings will be drawn, along with the schedule of matches to be played at the Coronella field in Nodica. Four districts are competing: Fornace Castello, Vecchiano Centro, San Frediano, and Vecchianello all’Estero.
