The FAI festival dedicated to Italian cultural and landscape heritage
returns on the first weekend of spring. Visitors can take part in tours – offered by FAI volunteers in over 700 often inaccessible, little-known locations in 400 cities.

PISA, THE STATE ARCHIVES OPEN THEIR DOORS
Address: Lungarno Mediceo, 30
Opening hours: Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 18:00 (last admission 17:30)
Notes: Tours every 20 minutes for groups of 20 visitors. The last tour in the morning is at 12:30.

Notes for visitors: The FAI desk is located at the side entrance of the State Archives in Via delle Belle Torri.
Sustainable Mobility Notes: The site is easily accessible on foot or by bus from the central station.
Duration: 40 minutes

PISA, IN SAN FRANCESCO: MEDIEVAL CHURCHES AND 19TH-CENTURY PALACES
Address: Via Cavour 
Opening hours: Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (last admission at 5:30 p.m.)
Notes: Tours will be every 30 minutes. The last morning tour is at 12:30 p.m. During the morning tours, visitors can access the Church of Sant’Andrea, while in the afternoon they can visit the Church of San Pietro in Vinculis.
Notes for visitors: The FAI desk and the start of the tour will be in front of the Church of San Pietro in Vinculis.

CASCINA, PARISH CHURCH OF SAINTS IPPOLITO AND CASSIANO (San Casciano)
Opening hours: Saturday 10:00–13:00 (last admission 12:30) / 14:00–18:00 (last admission 17:30)
A visit to an extraordinary example of Pisan Romanesque architecture and the magnificent sculptural decoration of the three portals, attributed to Biduino, a sculptor active in the 12th century
