Fairy tales at the Castle of Lari

The fairy tales at the Castello dei Vicari returns to Lari for the 14th edition of Un Castello Per Le Fiabe: four Sundays from 9 to 30 November of fairy tales for young and old from 5.30 to 8.30 p.m.

The Castello dei Vicari, a severe building with an unmistakable circular layout and a double circle of high walls. The first nucleus of the castle dates back to the early Middle Ages, but the structure currently visible is from the first half of the 17th century. It was with the Florentine conquest in the 15th century that it experienced its greatest importance, becoming the seat of a Vicariate.
