Tortello, shin and craft beer festival in Agnano

The ‘Tortello Stinco e Birra artigianale’ festival returns to Agnano at the Circolo ARCI La Pergola from 27 to 30 June. Every evening ballroom dancing and food stands organised by the Pro Loco

Agnano is a village of medieval origin at the foot of Monte Pisano, boasting the church of San Gerolamo built by Archbishop Scarlatti in the mid 14th century, together with a convent on the foundations of an ancient castle.
The church of San Jacopo houses a beautiful polyptych of the ‘Madonna Enthroned with Child and Four Saints’ by Cecco di Pietro. The majestic Villa Tadini, commissioned by Lorenzo Il Magnifico , deserves even more attention.
