The charming old center includes the 12th century Romanesque parish church with works by local painters <strong>Niccol\u00f2 Cercignani and Cristofano Roncalli<\/strong> (known as <em>Pomarancio<\/em>), the Piazza della Pretura, and the 19th-century palaces of Via Roncalli, among which the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.terredipisa.it\/en\/attrazione\/pomarance-bicocchi-palace-museum\/\"> Palazzo Bicocchi Museum<\/a>, a 19th-century bourgeois residence.<\/p>\n<p>In the surroundings, many charming hamlets such as <strong>Libbiano, Micciano, Montegemoli<\/strong> (taste its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.terredipisa.it\/en\/attrazione\/bread-of-montegemoli\/\">bread)<\/a>, <strong>Montecerboli, Serrazzano, Lustignano<\/strong>, <strong>San Dalmazio<\/strong> (with the ruins of the Romanesque church of Sillano). All surrounded by landscapes of rare beauty and all dominated by the imposing bulk of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.terredipisa.it\/en\/attrazione\/pomarance-the-fortress-of-sillano\/\">Rocca Sillana<\/a>, one of the most significant examples of medieval military architecture in Tuscany.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Breedings<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The agricultural vocation can also be found in animal husbandry.
