The <strong>Cream Puff Festival<\/strong> is held for the patron feast of San Lorenzo (Saint Lawrence) and it is the result of an authentic passion on the part of the local pastry chefs<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Orentano boasts a remarkable confectionery tradition<\/strong>: in the post-war period many confectioners from Orentano (where there were about twenty pastry shops in the main street alone) decided to seek their fortune in Rome, where they opened premises which later became mainstays in the sector.
