Throughout the festival, visitors can enjoy the authentic flavours of the region, with tastings of olive oil and local specialities, as well as ciaccini and pizzas. Free entry<\/p>\n<p>The local <strong>artichoke <\/strong>is round, thornless, light green in colour and medium to large in size (around 8\u20139 cm). Very tender, it has a lingering, intense flavour.
