You can also find the classic San Rossore pine nuts, with their unique aromatic and organoleptic properties, beach honey with its intense and unmistakable flavour, seasonal vegetables and the renowned Pisan piastrelle.<\/p>\n<p>Among the specialities are spices harvested by hand to create more or less spicy blends to enrich your dishes, such as Mitmita, Berber\u00e9, Ethiopian curry, and Teff, an ancient grain grown between the sea and the pine forest that is naturally gluten-free.
