What is the Tourist Olive Harvest?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The activity is a voluntary and unpaid experience with profound educational, cultural and recreational value. It is also a unique opportunity to share your passion for working in the olive groves and create a direct link with visitors, actively contributing to the development of sustainable and conscious tourism.
This experience complements the usual walks through the olive groves, guided tastings and discovery tours of the Calci area organised by Podere Del Pari farm.<\/p>\n

Experience first-hand the work in the olive groves of Monte Pisano. <\/strong>
Learn traditional harvesting techniques.
Follow the process that transforms olives into extra virgin olive oil (EVO oil).
